Support at Home & CHSP Key Dates Calendar
Every statutory claiming, monthly statement, and CHSP reporting deadline in one calendar: Support at Home monthly statements (last day of the following month), 60-day quarterly claim windows, Care Management financial year claims, CHSP monthly reports by the 14th, 30 January and 30 July hard closes, and the 31 August financial declaration.
Support at Home Deadlines
- Monthly statements: Issue by the last day of the following month (even if no services were delivered).
- Ongoing quarterly claims: Within 60 days after the end of the quarter (30 Sep, 31 Dec, 31 Mar, 30 Jun).
- Care management claims: Within 60 days after 30 June.
- Short-term pathways, AT-HM & exits: Within 60 days after the episode, funding period, or exit ends.
CHSP Reporting Deadlines (Funded to 30 June 2029)
- Monthly performance report: By the 14th of the following month.
- Half-year hard closes: 30 January and 30 July (no session corrections after hard close).
- Annual financial declaration: Due 31 August (acquittal and statement for 1 July – 30 June).
- Wellness & reablement / Child safety: Wellness report due 31 July; Child Safety statement due 31 March.
2026 Compliance & Claiming Schedule
CHSP monthly DEX performance report due (14th of the following month) (December 2025)
Submit session-level CHSP service delivery outputs for December 2025 by the 14th of January.
CHSP DEX Hard Close (1 July – 31 December reporting period)
Half-year Data Exchange reporting period closes on 30 January; no session corrections after this date.
Support at Home monthly statement due (December 2025 services)
Issue December 2025 monthly statements to all Support at Home participants and registered supporters by the last day of January.
CHSP monthly DEX performance report due (14th of the following month) (January 2026)
Submit session-level CHSP service delivery outputs for January 2026 by the 14th of February.

Issue January 2026 monthly statements to all Support at Home participants and registered supporters by the last day of February.

Annual CHSP financial declaration (acquittal and compliance statement) for 1 July – 30 June due on 31 August.

CHSP Service Agreement and Care and Services Plan transition deadline
From 1 November 2026 every CHSP client requires a Service Agreement and Care and Services Plan meeting the Aged Care Act 2024 and Rules.
