1. Support at Home Service Line
Why clinical supports are free (0% contribution)
Nursing, allied health, care management, and (from 1 October 2026) personal care are in the Clinical supports category and carry a 0% participant contribution across every pension status.
Services Australia assesses income and assets and notifies the exact percentage rate. Providers record the notified rate and never calculate rates from client income data. Official My Aged Care fee estimator
Domestic assistance — cleaning
Exact cent check: $58.78 subsidy + $12.47 contribution = $71.25.
NWOP lifetime cap: $88,934.57 (monitored by Services Australia).
2. CHSP 2026–27 National Unit Price & Reasonable Contribution Ranges
Under CHSP (funded to 30 June 2029), providers set client contribution fees in writing in the Service Agreement without a means test, guided by Appendix E ranges. Equipment cap: $1,000.00/yr; Home adjustments cap: $15,000.00/yr.
