Verified attendance without the paperwork
Workers clock in from their phone with GPS verification. Our geofence engine validates they're within range of the participant's address. Clock in and write notes with poor reception; they sync when back online.
Haversine Geofencing
Validates worker location against participant's address. Configurable radius (default 200m). No internet required for validation.
Offline-Capable
Clock-in, case notes, and incidents queue locally when reception is poor and sync when back online.
Photo Evidence
Optional photo capture at clock-in for additional verification. Timestamped and GPS-tagged.
Override Flow
If a worker is out of range, they can request an override with a reason. Coordinators are notified immediately.
How it works step by step
Arrive at location
Worker opens the app and taps "Clock In" on their assigned shift.
GPS verification
Phone captures GPS coordinates. Geofence checks distance to participant's address.
Verified clock-in
If within range, timesheet starts automatically. If not, override flow triggers.
Clock out
Worker taps "Clock Out" when shift ends. Total hours calculated and ready for approval.
